Privacy on this website
Contact enquiries
The form prepares an email draft on your device. It does not send the entered information to our server. We receive your message only when you send it using your email application. Include only necessary business contact information; do not send payment details, passwords or patient information. We use your message to handle your enquiry and related correspondence.
Local demo and storage
The player demo saves edited text, settings and uploaded images in your browser’s local storage. The demo code does not transmit this data to Nano Media Screen. It remains until you remove this website’s browser data. Export anything you need first. On shared devices, people using the same browser profile may access this information.
Optional external content
Weather is off by default. Enabling it makes your browser request location and weather data from Open-Meteo. The provider receives information including your IP address and the requested location or coordinates. External image URLs load directly from their respective providers, which also receive your IP address. Bundled images and fonts do not require those third-party requests.
Cookies, analytics and hosting
This website is hosted by Namecheap. Namecheap processes technical connection data to deliver and secure the hosting service. Our retention period for server logs under our control is 30 days; retention of provider-managed operational and security logs is governed by Namecheap. We do not embed visitor-tracking scripts, advertising trackers or tracking cookies on this website. The player demo uses local browser storage as described above. The 30-day retention period applies to server logs, not to email correspondence or data saved in your browser. This notice does not cover a separate customer portal or payment service.
Privacy enquiries
For questions about personal information or requests for access, correction or deletion, contact support@nano-mediascreen.com. Applicable legal rights and obligations depend in part on residence, business activities and applicable law. We use PrivateMail to provide the mailbox support@nano-mediascreen.com. Email correspondence, including sender details, message contents and attachments, is processed through this service when you contact us by email. The 30-day server-log retention period does not apply to these messages. As our internal retention policy, general enquiries that do not result in an order are deleted within 12 months after the enquiry is closed, unless continued retention is required by law or for a legal claim. Emails needed to document contracts, transactions, accounting or tax matters are retained separately for the applicable legal retention periods and, where necessary, for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims. They are deleted when those purposes and obligations no longer require retention.
Accessibility

Illustrations and security
Room and display images are illustrative concepts, some AI-generated, rather than customer references. Service scope, offline operation and security measures depend on the agreed solution and configuration. No absolute security or uninterrupted availability is promised.
Contracts and payments
Scope, pricing, contract terms, cancellation, delivery and refunds must be agreed separately before an order. This notice is not a set of sales or subscription terms. Payment features will be added only with appropriate terms and privacy information.
